Johannes Oluwatobi Wojuola Esq. is a lawyer, a dispute resolution specialist and a multimedia and communication expert who is passionate about good policies, social equity and Nigeria.
He is a writer, and an occasional poet. He finds interests in books on history, the Middle East, Chinese literature, and on socio-economics and politics. He is passionate about the world of technology and media, and has often been at the forefront of merging both together.

Johannes is a former Nokia Brand Ambassador, and also a former Google Student Ambassador, a role where he was trained on the use of Google tools and products especially in promoting education and entertainment among young people. Consequently, during his tenure as Ambassador, he trained hundreds of students and lecturers at the University of Abuja on the use of Google products.

Johannes is also the former Editor in Chief of LOL! Magazine, and former Publisher of the Jour Magazine.

In 2014, he served as the Creative Director of the Sam Nda-Isaiah Presidential Campaign. And later, after the merger of campaign teams, he served on the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council—in both the general elections of 2015 and 2019.

He served as a member of the President Buhari media team from 2015 up till 2021.

Johannes Wojuola was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari to serve as a member of the Presidential Visitation Panel for the Federal University, Otuoke, Bayelsa State from May to June 2021. He is a member of the Technical Working Group for the Preparation of the Medium-Term National Development Plan 2021 – 2025 and Nigeria Agenda 2050.

In 2015, he co-founded an e-learning platform, Brainstormr, which provided books, online tutors, a virtual learning environment for use by students and schools before it folded up in 2020.

Johannes was the former curator of the Abuja Hub of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.

He is a Christian, a believer in the principles of the Bible, and  enjoys the company of positive-minded people who are objective, optimistic and creative. He keeps an eccentric collection of pens and loves to play soccer.

Mr. Wojuola is the spokesperson of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS. He was appointed in August 2021 as the Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman on Media and Communication. The FIRS is the agency responsible for assessing, collecting and accounting for tax and other revenues accruing to the Federal Government of Nigeria.
